Joint Select Committee onLow‑Level Radioactive Waste.

§ 120‑70.31.  Committeeestablished.

The Joint Select Committee onLow‑Level Radioactive Waste is hereby established as a permanent jointcommittee of the General Assembly.  As used in this Article, the term"Joint Select Committee" means the Joint Select Committee on Low‑LevelRadioactive Waste. (1987 (Reg. Sess., 1988), c. 1100, s. 3.1.)
