§ 120‑29.5. Stateagency reports to the General Assembly.
Whenever a report is directedby law or resolution to be made to the General Assembly, the State agencypreparing the report shall deliver one copy of the report to each of thefollowing officers: the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the PresidentPro Tempore of the Senate, the House Principal Clerk, and the Senate PrincipalClerk; and two copies of the report to the Legislative Library. The Stateagency is encouraged to inform members of the General Assembly that anelectronic copy is available. This section does not affect any responsibilitiesfor depositing documents with the State Library or the State PublicationsClearinghouse under Chapter 125 of the General Statutes. (2004‑203, s. 49(b).)
