§ 120‑278.  (Effectiveuntil June 30, 2015) Department of Transportation reporting.

The Department ofTransportation shall report quarterly to the Commission on the status of theprogram under G.S. 136‑28.4 and efforts made to achieve the goals of theprogram. (2006‑261,s. 5.)
