§ 116D‑25. Consultation with the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations.

Whenever this Article requires the approval of the Director of theBudget of an action, the Director of the Budget may consult with the JointLegislative Commission on Governmental Operations before giving approval. (2000‑3, s. 1.2.)
