Student Liability.

§ 115C‑398.  Damage to school buildings,furnishings, textbooks.

Students and their parents or legal guardians may be liable for damageto school buildings, furnishings and textbooks pursuant to the provisions ofG.S. 115C‑523, 115C‑100 and 14‑132. (1981, c. 423, s. 1; 1985, c. 581, s. 3.)
