§ 115C‑155. Acceptance of benefits of federalvocational acts.
The State of North Carolina, through the State Board of Education, mayaccept all the provisions and benefits of acts passed by the Congress of theUnited States providing federal funds for vocational and technical educationprograms: Provided, however, that the State Board of Education shall not acceptthose funds upon any condition that the public schools of this State shall beoperated contrary to any provision of the Constitution or statutes of thisState.
