§ 113A‑42. Violations.
(a) Civil Action. Whoever violates, fails, neglects or refusesto obey any provision of this Article or rule or order of the Secretary may becompelled to comply with or obey the same by injunction, mandamus, or otherappropriate remedy.
(b) Penalties. Whoever violates, fails, neglects or refuses toobey any provision of this Article or rule or order of the Secretary is guiltyof a Class 3 misdemeanor and may be punished only by a fine of not more thanfifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation, and each day such person shall failto comply, where feasible, after having been officially notified by theDepartment shall constitute a separate offense subject to the foregoingpenalty.
