§ 113A‑37. Raisingthe status of an area.
Whenever in the judgment of the Secretary of the Department a scenicriver segment has been sufficiently restored and enhanced in its naturalscenic and recreational qualities, such segment may be reclassified with theapproval of the Department, to a natural river area status and thereafteradministered accordingly.
