§ 113‑65. Powersof Secretary.
The Secretary may:
(1) Examine at any time all books, contracts, records, documentsand papers of any such corporation.
(2) In his discretion prescribe uniform methods and forms ofkeeping accounts, records and books to be observed by such corporation, andprescribe by order accounts in which particular outlays and receipts are to beentered, charged or credited. The Secretary shall not, however, have authorityto require any revaluation of the real property or other fixed assets of suchcorporations, but he shall allow proper charges for the depletion of timber dueto cutting or destruction.
(3) Enforce the provisions of this Article, a rule implementingthis Article, or an order issued under this Article by filing a petition for awrit of mandamus or application for an injunction in the superior court of thecounty in which the respondent corporation has its principal place ofbusiness. The final judgment in any such proceeding shall either dismiss theproceeding or direct that a writ of mandamus or an injunction, or both, issueas prayed for in the petition or in such modified or other form as the courtmay determine will afford appropriate relief.
