§ 113‑32. Purchaseof lands for use as demonstration forests.
Where no suitable tax‑delinquent lands are available and in thejudgment of the Department the establishment of a demonstration forest isadvisable, the Department may purchase sufficient land for the establishment ofsuch a demonstration forest at a fair and agreed‑upon price, the deed forsuch land to be subject to approval of the Attorney General, but nothing inG.S. 113‑29 to 113‑33 shall allow the Department to acquire landunder the right of eminent domain.
