§ 113‑16. Cooperation with agencies of the federal government.
The Department is authorized to arrange for and accept such aid andcooperation from the several United States government bureaus and other sourcesas may assist in completing topographic surveys and in carrying out the otherobjects of the Department.
The Department is further authorized and directed to cooperate with theFederal Power Commission in carrying out the rules adopted by that Commission;and to act in behalf of the State in carrying out any rules that may be adoptedrelating to water powers in this State other than those related to making andregulating rates. The provisions of this section are extended to apply tocooperation with authorized agencies of other states.
