§ 111‑35. Authority of director of social services.
The respective boards of county commissioners of each county are herebyauthorized to empower and confer upon the county director of social servicesfor their respective counties the authority to perform any or all acts orfunctions which the previous sections of this Article direct or authorize thecounty boards of commissioners to perform. Any act or function performed by acounty director of social services under the authority of this section shall bereported by him to the respective county board of commissioners for its review,and for alternative action or disposition where deemed appropriate by suchboard. Provided that the respective boards of county commissioners shall makeno alternative or different disposition of a matter which the county directorof social services is empowered to act upon which would prejudicially affectthe status of any aid to the blind recipient without first affording suchrecipient reasonable notice and opportunity to be heard.
