§ 10B‑41. Notarialcertificate for an acknowledgment.
(a) When properlycompleted by a notary, a notarial certificate that substantially complies withthe following form may be used and shall be sufficient under the law of thisState to satisfy the requirements for a notarial certificate for theacknowledgment of a principal who is an individual acting in his or her ownright or who is an individual acting in a representative or fiduciary capacity.The authorization of the form in this section does not preclude the use ofother forms.
