§ 108A‑68.1. Certainprescription drugs exempt from prior authorization requirements.
Prior authorization shall notbe required or utilized for any antihemophilic factor drugs prescribed for thetreatment of hemophilia and blood disorders where there is no genericallyequivalent drug available.
