§ 108A‑107. Motionin the cause.
Notwithstanding any finding by the court of lack of capacity of thedisabled adult to consent, the disabled adult or the individual or organizationdesignated to be responsible for the disabled adult shall have the right tobring a motion in the cause for review of any order issued pursuant to thisArticle.
