§ 106‑65.76. Authority to regulate pasturage, entry, and honeybee colonies in eliminationzones and other areas.
The Commissioner is authorized to promulgate regulations restrictingthe pasturage of livestock, entry by persons, and location of honeybee coloniesin any premises in an elimination zone which have been or are to be treatedwith pesticides or otherwise treated to cause the eradication of the bollweevil, or in any other area that may be affected by such treatments.
