§ 106‑549.33. Jurisdiction of superior court.
The superior court is vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce,and to prevent and restrain violations of this and the previous Article, andshall have jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this and theprevious Article, provided however, all prosecutions for criminal violationsunder this and the previous Article shall be in any court having jurisdictionover said violation.
