§ 106‑534. Exemption from taxes and assessments.
The Authority shall be regarded as performing an essential governmentalfunction in constructing, operating or maintaining these markets, and shall berequired to pay no taxes or assessments on any property acquired or used by itfor the purposes herein set out. (1941, c. 39, s. 7.)
