§ 106‑451.26. Liability of officials and employees.
No action may be brought in any court of this State against any Stateofficial or State employee on account of any act or omission in connection withthe administration of this Article unless it be shown that such official oremployee acted in bad faith and with corrupt intent. (1987, c. 840, s. 1.)
