§ 106‑251. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to enforce law; examinations.
It shall be the duty of the Department of Agriculture and ConsumerServices to enforce this Article, and the Board of Agriculture shall cause tobe made by the experts of the Department such examinations of plants andproducts named herein as are necessary to insure the compliance with theprovisions of this Article. For the purpose of inspection, the authorizedexperts of the Department shall have authority, during business hours, to enterall plants or storage rooms where cream, ice cream, butter, or cheese oringredients used in the same are made, stored, or kept, and any person whoshall hinder, prevent, or attempt to prevent any duly authorized expert of theDepartment in the performance of his duty in connection with this Article shallbe guilty of a violation of this Article.
