§ 106‑195. Rulesand regulations; how prescribed.
The Board of Agriculture is authorized to make and promulgate suchrules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of thisArticle. Such rules and regulations shall be made to conform as nearly aspracticable to the rules and regulations of the Secretary of Agriculture of theUnited States, prescribed under any act of Congress of the United Statesrelating to the marketing of farm products.
