§1‑440.41. Defendant's remedies not exclusive.
The exercise by the defendantof any one or more rights provided by G.S. 1‑440.36 through 1‑440.40does not bar the defendant from exercising any other rights provided by thosesections. (1947, c. 693, s. 1.)
