§1‑243. For money due on judicial sale.
The Supreme and other courtsordering a judicial sale, or having possession of bonds taken on such sale,may, on motion, after ten days' notice thereof in writing, enter judgment assoon as the money becomes due against the debtors or any of them, unless forgood cause shown the court directs some other mode of collection.
