21-1305 - Advisory committee.

§ 21-1305. Advisory committee.    The Department of Environmental Conservation shall provide an advisory  committee with whom the member of the Susquehanna river basin commission  from  this  state  may  consult  with respect to the conduct of New York  participation in the compact.
