6739 - Duties of physical therapist assistants and the use of title "physical therapist assistant".

§ 6739. Duties  of  physical therapist assistants and the use of title  "physical therapist assistant".  Only a person  certified  or  otherwise  authorized  under  this  article  shall  participate  in the practice of  physical therapy as a physical therapist assistant  and  only  a  person  certified  under  this  section  shall use the title "physical therapist  assistant".
