2216 - District superintendent subject to regulations of commissioner of education.

§ 2216. District superintendent subject to regulations of commissioner  of  education.  A  district  superintendent  shall  be  subject  to such  regulations and directions as the commissioner of education  shall  from  time to time prescribe.
