360.55 - Deliberation and verdict of jury.

§ 360.55  Deliberation and verdict of jury.    The   provisions   of   article   three  hundred  ten,  governing  the  deliberation and verdict of a jury upon a jury trial of an indictment in  a superior court, are applicable to a jury trial of an information in  a  local criminal court.
