Section 9-7-2 - Definitions.

9-7-2. Definitions.

As used in the Department of Health Act [Chapter 9, Article 7 NMSA 1978]:   

A.     "department" means the department of health created under the Department of Health Act; and   

B.     "secretary" means the secretary of health.
