Section 9-22-9 - Divisions; directors.

9-22-9. Divisions; directors.

The secretary may appoint, with the approval of the governor, "directors" of the divisions that are established within the department.  Directors are exempt from the Personnel Act [10-9-1 NMSA 1978].
