Section 9-19-10 - Bureaus; chiefs.

9-19-10. Bureaus; chiefs.

The secretary shall establish, within each division, the bureaus as he deems necessary to carry out the provisions of the Department of Public Safety Act [Chapter 9, Article 19 NMSA 1978]. He shall employ a chief to be administrative head of each bureau.
