Section 74-10-15 - Conduct of election.

74-10-15. Conduct of election.

An election held pursuant to the Solid Waste Authority Act [74-10-1 to 74-10-100 NMSA 1978] shall be conducted in the manner provided by the laws of the state for the conduct of general elections.
