64-1-17. Airport facilities on private land.

No money shall be expended under the Aviation Act [64-1-11 NMSA 1978] for construction, development or maintenance of an airport facility located on private land, unless the landowner files a written agreement with the director permitting public use of the facility without limit as to time.
