57-18-20. Livestock sales.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Weighmaster Act [57-18-1 to 57-18-26 NMSA 1978], livestock shall be weighed by a weighmaster where livestock is sold on the basis of weight at a public salesyard, or by or at any livestock market, market agency or dealer subject to the federal Packers and Stockyards Act.
