Section 48-6-16 - Construction of act.

48-6-16. [Construction of act.]

This act [48-6-1 to 48-6-16 NMSA 1978] shall not be construed to repeal, amend or modify Section 19 [48-3-5 NMSA 1978] of Chapter 65 of the Session Laws of 1917.
