Section 41-7-3 - Uniformity of interpretation.

41-7-3. [Uniformity of interpretation.]

This act [41-7-1 to 41-7-5 NMSA 1978] shall be so interpreted as to effectuate its purpose to make uniform the law of those states or jurisdictions which enact it.
