Section 40-7A-8 - Penalty.

40-7A-8. Penalty.

Any person who operates a child placement agency or foster home without a license as provided for in the Child Placement Agency Licensing Act [40-7A-1 NMSA 1978] shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
