Section 4-41-10.1 - Right to carry concealed arms.

4-41-10.1. [Right to carry concealed arms.]

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, only fully certified sheriffs and full-time certified deputy sheriffs shall be allowed to carry concealed arms.
