Section 3-51-29 - Real property in more than one district.

3-51-29. Real property in more than one district.

The same real property may be included in more than one district and be subject to the provisions of the Greater Municipality Parking Law [3-51-1 to 3-51-45 NMSA 1978] for each and every district in which it may be included.
