Section 3-4-2 - Disincorporation; ballots.

3-4-2. Disincorporation; ballots.     The form of the ballot shall be: 
 
 
     "For the disincorporation of  .......... (insert name of municipality)  [] and 
     Against the disincorporation of  ....... (insert name of municipality)  []."
