Section 28-21-2 - Definitions.
28-21-2. Definitions.
As used in the African American Affairs Act [28-21-1 to 28-21-4 NMSA 1978]:
A. "fund" means the office on African American affairs fund; and
B. "office" means the office on African American affairs.
