Section 28-11-4 - Penalty.

28-11-4. Penalty.

A person who violates a provision of the Assistance Animal Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced in accordance with the provisions of Section 31-l9-1 NMSA l978.
