27-6A-5. Department cooperation.

Subject to state and federal statutes and regulations governing the sharing of confidential information, the department shall cooperate with a participating utility in identifying those persons eligible for assistance pursuant to the Low Income Water, Sewer and Solid Waste Service Assistance Act [27-6A-1 NMSA 1978].
