22-20-4. Applicability.

The provisions of Chapter 22, Article 20 NMSA 1978 do not apply to public school capital outlay projects subject to the oversight of the public school capital outlay council pursuant to the Public School Capital Outlay Act [22-24-1 NMSA 1978].
