Section 19-10-2 - Definitions.

19-10-2. Definitions.

The words "natural gas," as used in Sections 19-10-1 through 19-10-52 NMSA 1978  shall be construed to cover and include carbon dioxide gas and helium gas as well as gas of the hydrocarbon kind.
