16-6-20. Prohibitions against obligating state of New Mexico.

Nothing in this act [16-6-13 to 16-6-22 NMSA 1978] contained shall be construed to authorize New Mexico state fair to contract a debt on behalf of, or in any way to obligate, the state of New Mexico.
