Section 13-4A-5 - Art in public places fund; creation.

13-4A-5. Art in public places fund; creation.

There is created in the state treasury the "art in public places fund" which shall be administered by the division pursuant to the Art in Public Places Act [13-4A-1 NMSA 1978].
