Section 13-4-42 - Coverage of home rule municipalities.

13-4-42. Coverage of home rule municipalities.

Any home rule municipality or H class county chartered under the provisions of Article 10, Section 6 of the constitution of New Mexico is expressly denied authority to legislate regulation of the subject matter covered in the Subcontractors Fair Practices Act [13-4-31 NMSA 1978] that conflicts with the provisions of that act.
