13-4-35.1. Application of act.

The Subcontractors Fair Practices Act [13-4-31 NMSA 1978] shall not apply to any transaction occurring after the contractor and the listed subcontractor have executed a subcontract unless subsequent action on the subcontract relates to subcontractor listing requirements.
