10-11-38.7. Service credit under this plan required.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10 [10-11-38.2 NMSA 1978] of this act, to qualify for payment under state hazardous duty member coverage plan 2, a member shall have one and one-half years of service credit earned under the state hazardous duty member coverage plan 2 subsequent to July 1, 1995.
