Section 1-19-37 - Applicability.

1-19-37. Applicability.

The provisions of the Campaign Reporting Act [1-19-25 to 1-19-36 NMSA 1978] do not apply to any candidate subject to the provisions of the federal law pertaining to campaign practices and finance.
